Client Install

Cherry shoji screen as a pantry door built in Cherry wood. Install is a typical barn door type with surface mounted tracking that's trimmed and a floor guide.

Borchert

Maple shoji screens to span 491/2" x 63-1/2", for a pair of storage area sliding doors. Built with our Kumiko pattern 13, Maple lower door panels and inlaid Japanese Cherry door pulls.

Each shoji screen is 35-3/4" x 61" x 1-3/8".

Corneal

 

Previous client needed one additional shoji. Built in Sapele with 1 mm White Warlon insert material and Ebony door pulls. Shoji size - 33-1/2" x 97-1/4" x 1-3/8". 

 

Elvis stepped in for size - he is 6' tall.

Nip Tuck Remodeling

 Beech Shoji screens to span 66-1/4" x 92-7/8" in a 'barn door' type track install. These shoji have Japanese cherry pulls, 1mm white Warlon laminated paper

 and Beech lower door panels.

Provisor

 

Sapele Shoji screens with kumiko pattern #21 and inlaid Ebony door pulls. 

Four shoji to span 157", only three pictured since we don't have enough display room in the shop for all of them.

Guest bath Shoji screens, both panels are hinged but the small panel has flush bolts installed, top and bottom, to fix it in place. Many detail images below in case our client needs them for reference. Window grids have been added below.

 

 

Teerink Bodamer

 

Beech shoji screens with a clear finish. One shoji size 40" x 87-1/2" for a barn door type install. One shoji size 30" x 78-1/2" for a pocket door.

Elvis stepped in for scale. His is 6' tall.

O'Connell

 

4 sets of Cherry Shoji Screens for closet openings with 1 mm White Warlon insert material. We took picture of some on a white background to see if the Cherry stood out better. Elvis stepped in for scale as usual.

 

 

Corneal

 

An order of 5 Shoji screens built in Sapele with 1 mm White Warlon, Sapele lower door panels and inlaid Ebony door pulls. They're all tall (Elvis is 6 feet) and and all tracking install types are represented in this order; two are header mounted, one is a surface mounted and the other two are pocket doors.

The Sapele panels just glow.

Stereo cabinet doors (with framework) and 9 ceiling panels. Built in Sapele with
1.0 mm White Warlon Vinyl / Paper Laminate.
