Thanks to our client for pictures of their bathroom shoji installed.
Three shoji on three channel tracking so all can slide to one side or the other. I thought they did a lovely job on the design of this small bathroom.

Bauz

Beech shoji screens for a closet - span is 42" x 79" - with lower door panels for puppy proofing and opaque white Warlon since that appears brighter when used in a closet. Less gray than a more translucent Warlon

Hanomoco Design

 

Cherry Shoji screens for two different openings. Barn door type installs.
Each shoji 37-1/4" x 80-7/8" x 1-3/8", Amber Warlon insert material.

Shoji below are also for a barn door type install to span a 60" width.
Each shoji 31" x 80-7/8" x 1-3/8", Amber Warlon insert material.

Borchert

Maple shoji screens to span 491/2" x 63-1/2", for a pair of storage area sliding doors. Built with our Kumiko pattern 13, Maple lower door panels and inlaid Japanese Cherry door pulls.

Each shoji screen is 35-3/4" x 61" x 1-3/8".

Envy Homes

 

 

Beech Shoji screens to cover sliding glass doors. Kumiko pattern 13, Kinwashi Warlon laminated paper and Japanese Cherry inlaid door pulls. Span is 120".

 

 

Elvis stepped in for scale. He is 6 feet tall. Shoji are about 96" tall.

Boucher

 

 

Custom Japanese shoji screens in Beech for a room divider. Each shoji is 30" x 80" x 1-3/8". Installed with upper roller tracking and floor tracking so both the right and middle shoji will slide left to open. Elvis stepped in for scale. He is 6 feet tall.

Truppin Brown

 

 

Shoji screens built in Maple with kumiko pattern #13, Kinwashi Warlon and inlaid Japanese Cherry door pulls. Shoji room divider, each door on it's own track, with floor tracking, to slide fully left or right. Each shoji 30-1/2" x 96-3/16".

Davis

 

 

 Maple shoji screens for a double pocket with 1 mm Kinwashi Warlon laminated paper. 

Each shoji door is 40" x 80".

Kumiko pattern proportion contrast. Same basic kumiko pattern with proportion changes

based on the height/width of the shoji door panels.

The shoji screen on the right is 96-3/16" tall.

Lattuca

 

Maple shoji screens for a triple pocket install. Built with Maple lower door panels, 1 mm white Warlon and inlaid Ebony door pulls.

Nip Tuck Remodeling

 Beech Shoji screens to span 66-1/4" x 92-7/8" in a 'barn door' type track install. These shoji have Japanese cherry pulls, 1mm white Warlon laminated paper

 and Beech lower door panels.
